Using Madenook
You must be at least 16 years old, able to agree to these terms, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity through your sign-in email and for keeping access to it secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Madenook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, create previews of, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Madenook for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, spam, impersonation, harassment, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, manipulation of engagement, or content prohibited by our Content Guidelines.
Moderation
We may review reports, limit distribution, hide or remove content, suspend accounts, and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. We aim to apply these rules in good faith but cannot pre-screen every submission.
Third-party apps
Madenook links to apps operated by third parties. We do not control or endorse every linked app and are not responsible for its availability, security, content, or transactions. Review the destination before sharing information or making a purchase.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
Madenook is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Madenook in the twelve months before the claim.
